Quick & Easy Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 package lasagna pasta
1 (16 oz) container Ricotta Cheese
2 eggs
2 (8 oz) packages shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 (24 oz) jars Marinara sauce
3 cups water
Directions:
Combine together in a bowl; Ricotta cheese, eggs, 1.5 packages shredded cheese, 1 jar marinara sauce and 1.5 cups water.
Combine in a separate bowl the remaining 1.5 cups water with 1 jar of marinara sauce.
a. Grease a 9 x 13 aluminum pan or Pyrex dish
b. Pour sauce/water mixture to cover the bottom of pan
c. Place 3 pieces of raw lasagna over sauce
d. Pour half of cheese mixture over lasagna pasta
e. Pour sauce/water mixture over cheese
f. Place 4 pieces of raw lasagna pasta
g. Pour remaining half of cheese mixture over lasagna pasta
h. Pour sauce/water mixture over cheese
i. Place 4 pieces of raw lasagna pasta
j. Pour sauce/water mixture over lasagna pasta
k. Pour remaining half package of mozzarella cheese over sauce
Cover pan and bake for 1 hour on 375°
Remove from oven and let stand for half an hour before serving.
