Our mission at Palisades Jewish Enrichment Club is to give every Jewish child on the Westside access to a quality Jewish experience in a nurturing & safe environment through engaging and innovative activities and learning experiences

We believe that the best way for children to learn is through hands-on programs. We provide children with opportunities to experience their learning through arts, cooking, science and creative expression. We celebrate Jewish festivals so our students develop their own understanding of Judaism that is relevant, meaningful and alive to them.

Our commitment to excellence ensures that our curriculum is constantly being developed promoting a leading-edge after-school enrichment program.

JEC is a warm, all-encompassing, non-judgmental environment; welcoming Jewish families from all backgrounds. We acknowledge and respect the diversity of our children; while emphasizing Jewish values of family, community, compassion, joy, tradition and rituals.

No synagogue membership is required to be part of JEC. We welcome you to our community and invite you to join us for our extensive array of programming.

Our Directors

Rabbi Sholom & Nechama Diskin are the Family Program Directors at Chabad of Pacific Palisades. Rabbi Sholom was born and raised in Munich, Germany and has been involved in youth programming across the world including New York, Florida & France. He was involved in After-School Programs, Camps and Youth Activities and brings his experience to the Palisades community. Nechama was born and raised in Pacific Palisades and is passionate about bringing fun, hands-on Jewish experiences to the Palisades Youth. She worked alongside Mrs. Chana Hertzberg at the Palisades Jewish Early Childhood Center and is excited to be a part of the Family Programming at Chabad Palisades.
