Really grateful for those exercises she describes; I've been noticing, in a way that I couldn't quite articulate, the way that my body feels stressed even when I try to calm down my mind. Thanks!
Thank you all for your comments! I'm so glad that you gained from this interview!

Hi. Is there a way I can reach Devoiry Nussbaum? I feel I can benefit a lot from her therapy… thanks in advance!
Wow! What an outstanding interview! I think every Jew can benefit from this!
This was incredible! Please bring her back soon!
Chana,
What an amazing interview! I loved your questions.
Please list medicinal foods, I meet many Avreichim in yeshiva and know the diet they eat is horrendous, if you know of specific medicinal foods please let me know so I can pass this precious knowledge on, the frum world needs to learn how to eat!... Its d'oraissa.
Wonderful interview, fantastic how Devori used her struggle to learn how to help others with such compassion. Also the very practical tips she gives us..
I love you Devori
Amazing!
Wow! As a fellow anorexic survivor, I am awed by your strength and resilience.
Many good things in this interview. However, I could have used a glossary for some parts. I liked the idea of the revival of the dead by connectivity with God. Connection with God is key to healthy psychology. Nice descriptions of what healthy psychology looks like.
