About the Course
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy for our lives to become spiritual deserts, lacking meaningful connection and intentional thought. As we rush through our daily routines, ticking tasks off our to-do lists, we can feel overwhelmed by anxiety and lose sight of our deeper thirst for meaning and connection. This course will explore how prayer acts as a grounding force in our lives, enabling us to channel our desire for connection and spiritual satisfaction into tangible action while deepening our relationship with G-d.
