Baba ganoosh 
 

Ingredients: 
2 Large Eggplant
4 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon Juice
A dash of Salt  

Directions:  
Bake the eggplants whole  for 2 hours on 350* , then broil on high for 10 minutes
Cut open and scrape out the inside of the eggplant (Discard the peel)
Crush the garlic an mix it together with the eggplant and the rest of the ingredients
 
Can be served warm or cold
